When you have plans to move, you want to know what your current home is worth so that you know what your budget will be in the search for a new home.
My valuation will help you with this and is free of charge and without obligation, yet I always perform it with great accuracy.
After the initial meeting at your home, I will send you my (free) valuation and sales proposal. This contains all the information you need to take the next step: your search for a new home!
And I can help you with that as well.
An appraisal is required as soon as a formal, legal, or financial interest is involved. A valuation is informative and advisory; an appraisal report is official and is only performed by a certified appraiser.
When do you need an appraisal?
An appraisal is required in situations such as these:

Applying for or adjusting a mortgage
Banks require an official appraisal report for the purchase, refinancing, or increase of a mortgage. -
Divorce or termination of cohabitation
For an objective determination of the property value for the purpose of division or buyout. -
Inheritance or gift
The Tax Authorities often request an appraisal report for the correct valuation. -
Tax purposes
For example, when objecting to the WOZ value, or for rental/investment issues. -
Legal procedures
When an independent, substantiated valuation is necessary.
