After the initial meeting at your home, I will send you my (free) valuation and sales proposal. This contains all the information you need to take the next step: your search for a new home!

An appraisal is required as soon as a formal, legal, or financial interest is involved. A valuation is informative and advisory; an appraisal report is official and is only performed by a certified appraiser.

An appraisal is required in situations such as these:

Applying for or adjusting a mortgage
Banks require an official appraisal report for the purchase, refinancing, or increase of a mortgage.
Divorce or termination of cohabitation

Inheritance or gift
The Tax Authorities often request an appraisal report for the correct valuation.
